Our client brief serves as the primary and exclusive document guiding our ideation, research, and content creation process. DigiShake Media cannot be held accountable for, nor offer complimentary revisions when clients fail to include pertinent or essential information in the brief.
Upon presentation of a creative to the client, there is a 5-business-day window for submitting any revisions. Beyond this timeframe, DigiShake Media reserves the right to decline revisions or apply an additional charge.
